I didn’t always know I’d end up in executive leadership. I started out in massage therapy, where I learned that real change comes from showing up: consistently, intentionally, and with care.
Since then, I’ve built a career that weaves together education, research, advocacy, and strategy. Whether I’m speaking to national or international audiences, supporting college leaders, or mentoring emerging professionals, I stay grounded in the same belief: leadership is about how we show up for others and for ourselves.
